Get Noticed Resumés offers a unique experience for collaboration between clients and a professional resumé consultant. While most resumé writing services have a staff trained on the technical formatting of a resumé, Get Noticed Resumés also has working Human Resources professionals with behind-the-scenes knowledge of how the recruitment process works.

Just imagine getting open and honest feedback from the type of people that are actually going to be looking at your resumé.

Resumés that are solely written by a professional with little to no participation from the client have a detached tone to them. Get Noticed Resumés suggests that the client, in their own words, make changes to their resumé based upon the consultant’s recommendations.

Get Noticed Resumés does not offer a "resumé only" option. A stellar resumé would be useless if the client didn't have the interviewing skills to close the deal. Our mission is not to sell a resumé, but to make our clients successful.

Due to increased demand, Get Noticed Resumés is now offering seminars and classes to the community.

How does the process work?

Normally we ask our clients to e-mail their most current resumé to us and we then set up a time to speak. If you do not currently have a résumé, we will start from scratch.

First conversations (in person or on the phone depending on your location) usually last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. This will help our consultant get to know the client and discover his or her professional goals.

After review of the current resumé, our consultant will offer feedback on areas for improvement. Our consultant will also provide his or her rationale for the suggestion. Since there is no "right way" to write a resumé, we want our clients to be as informed as possible.

Once the changes are complete, the consultant will review it one final time and provide the client additional personalized employment searching tips.

I currently work a Monday-Friday day shift. Are weekend and evening appointments available?

Of course. Get Noticed Resumés consultants are happy to accommodate our client's schedules.

I know of other resumé writing services that charge more than double of what Get Noticed Resumés does. Does that mean that I’ll get more from those other services?

No, writing a resumé for someone else can be labor intensive, which makes the service expensive. Resumés that are solely written by a professional with little to no participation from the client have a detached tone to them. Get Noticed Résumés suggests that our clients, in their own words, make changes to their own resumés based upon the consultant’s recommendations. Due to the collaboration of efforts, Get Noticed Resumés can produce résumés more affordably.

How do I pay for Get Noticed Resumés' services?

After the first inital meeting, Get Noticed Resumés will send an invoice. This invoice should be kept by the client as some of our services may be tax deductible. Please consult a tax accountant for additional details.

We know that some of our clients may be out of work and find it difficult to pay the fee. Delayed payments and payment plans are available.

What if I already have a good resumé?

Get Noticed Resumés will review your resumé for free and will let you know if it is appropriate for your goals. Get Noticed Resumés has turned away clients in the past because we felt the resumé was already of good quality.

What our clients are saying!

“Get Noticed has really paid off. By the end of last week, I had 3 viable job offers…”
Bill G, Illinois

“I wanted to tell you thank you very much because I’ve recently landed a very good job that I’m really excited about and I know it’s because of the resume that you did. So once again, I wanted to tell you from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.”
Shani M. Nashville, TN

"I just wanted to thank you because I do know the interviews I was able to get during my search were because of how much better my resume looked. I was at least getting the calls in and in this economy it's hard to get your resume noticed because there are so many applicants. I just wanted to share my good news and say thanks!"
